FFWFC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns and or exchanges based on the following conditions.

• All requests for Return/Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis with our customer’s satisfaction as our ultimate goal
• We will accept returns of unused-undamaged product within 30 days of date of purchase
• All Returns/Exchanges must have a receipt (which is emailed to you) and be in the original packaging
• All Return/Exchanges begin by emailing [email protected] with a brief explanation of the reason for Return/Exchange
• All requests will be processed upon receipt and upon approval funds will be returned to you in the form they were received here at FFWFC.
• Exchanges will be mailed to you as soon as the unwanted product is received here at FFWFC.
• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
